Our Distillery
Scotland’s most northerly mainland whisky distillery opened in September 2022. We may be biased, but as the most northerly distillery on the UK mainland we think we have the best view. We can’t wait to welcome you so you can see for yourself.

Our Story
We’re Kerry and Derek Campbell, founders of 8 Doors Distillery. We’ve had a passion for whisky for many years and made our dream a reality in 2022 when we opened the doors to our own whisky distillery in John O’Groats.
Seven Sons Whisky
Our Seven Sons range has been released whilst we wait for the 8 Doors Distillery Single Malt Scotch Whisky to mature. Small batch, independent bottlings with a hint of what’s to come.
FIVE WAYS Blended Liqueur
With a bottle inspired by the famous John O’Groats signpost, our blended liqueur is a delicious mix of blended scotch whisky, orange, ginger, honey and spice.
